Our Culinary Story
In 2022, my life took a new direction as I settled in the United States. The illusion of exploring a different culture came hand in hand with a deep longing for my Peru. I missed the energy of Lima, the life of our markets and, above all, the authenticity of our gastronomy.
The first months here made me realize how much I valued the flavors of my land. Although the culinary offer was wide, my mind and heart constantly returned to a fresh and delicious ceviche, the endearing lomo saltado, an unmistakable arroz con pollo and the list is too llong for this short review.
It was then that I understood that my cooking would be my way of keeping my connection with Peru alive. Today, I want to extend that connection to you. I invite you to discover and enjoy the authentic flavors of my country, prepared with the same love and dedication that my own family would make. Open the doors of your home to a little piece of Peru, and share with your loved ones the richness of our kitchen.

En 2022, mi vida tomó un nuevo rumbo al establecerme en Estados Unidos. La ilusión de explorar una cultura diferente venía de la mano con una profunda añoranza por mi Perú. Extrañaba la energía de Lima, la vida de nuestros mercados y, por encima de todo, la autenticidad de nuestra gastronomía.
Los primeros meses aquí me hicieron dar cuenta de cuánto valoraba los sabores de mi tierra. Aunque la oferta culinaria era amplia, mi mente y mi corazón volvían constantemente a un fresco y delicioso ceviche, al entrañable lomo saltado, a un inconfundible arroz con pollo y la lista es larga para esta corta reseña.
Fue entonces cuando comprendí que mi cocina sería mi manera de mantener viva mi conexión con Perú. Hoy, quiero extender esa conexión hacia ti. Te invito a descubrir y disfrutar los sabores auténticos de mi país, preparados con el mismo amor y dedicación que los haría mi propia familia.
